Front Porch

How it works

Four steps. No agency nonsense. Two weeks.

We wanted to make the process so simple you could explain it to your dad. Here it is, the whole thing, no fine print.

01

You text Craig

Send the name of your business and a link to your current site. Tell us what you do in one sentence. That's all we need to start.

Reply same day — usually within an hour. No intake form. No 40-field brief.

02

We give you a fixed price

We look at your current site, your competition, and what you actually need. Then we quote one flat number.

Most shops land at $299 one-time, plus $29/mo if they want us hosting + maintaining. Cancel monthly any time.

03

Two weeks, start to finish

Week 1 — design mocks Tuesday, full build Friday. Week 2 — your feedback, revisions, polish. Most sites are live the following Monday.

If we can't hit the date, we tell you on day 2 — not day 14.

04

You own everything

Domain registered in your name. Hosting on your account (Vercel free tier for most). Code: yours, on GitHub. We hand you the keys.

Want us to keep hosting and maintain it? Cover or Cover Plus, month-to-month, cancel any time.

Questions people actually ask

The real ones. Not the ones we wish you'd ask.

Why so cheap? What's the catch?

No catch. Two-person shop with a tight playbook for the sites local businesses actually need — we're not building from scratch every time, and we're not paying for an agency's office, project managers, and account execs. The work is real and we hand-review every site before it ships.

What if I don't like the design?

Every project includes two rounds of revisions. We rarely need the second. If three rounds and you still hate it, we refund the difference and you keep the design.

Can you redo my existing site instead of starting from scratch?

Depends. Custom WordPress build from 2015 — usually faster to rebuild. Squarespace or Wix that just needs a facelift — we can often work on top for half the price. We'll tell you which after we look.

Do I need to host with you?

No. Essential ($299 one-time) gives you the site, your domain, and the login — you own everything. Want hosting + updates + support? Cover or Cover Plus, month-to-month.

Will you write my copy?

Yes. We write a first draft that sounds like a real business owner — not an agency. You edit, we polish. Included. Most shops are surprised how little they change.

That's the whole process.

Text Craig with a link or just your shop name. Two minutes on your end, same-day reply on ours.
